Inserting Images in your post
To post an image simply type the following where you want it.
Upon posting, another image will be in the position you have placed the image. It will look like this:
When you are happy with the position of this picture continue by clicking preview/post message.
you are then prompted for an image file/s to upload. Images must be either GIF or JPEG format.
Images must be saved on your hard disk.
Images must be less than 50kb in size. If not simply optimise them for the web using any graphics program with an optimisation tool.
Your browser must support form-based file upload (Netscape Navigator 2.0+ and Internet Explorer 4.0+ support this; IE 3.02 will also work provided that you have installed the file upload patch).
