Gooday. good people in BASEjumper land Im a skydiver from Western Australia and looking to get into B.A.S.E. Ive spent many a productive hour at work reading the articles and FAQs and technical stuff on the forums. And am now putting some feelers out for an experienced BASE jumper in WA that would be willing to spend an afternoon over a beer or two (costs covered of course) to answer a few questions and just give me some advise on getting started in the sport, especially as far as I can tell there is a lack of good beginner jumps over here. Have a relatively low number of skydives but have been doing as much CReW and canopy stuff as possible as well as a couple displays both as ground crew and jumping into. Hey guys just in reply to this thread iam living over in WA at the moment. Any contacts would be appreciated, looks like there could be some antenna's around the place would like to talk to some locals. |
